When enrolling online, customers will need their account number and social security number.
-
What is an OTP (One-Time Passcode)?
An OTP (One-time Passcode) is a numeric code that is sent to the email address on record at the bank when you attempt to login.
-
Why can’t I answer a challenge question instead of an OTP?
Answers to challenge questions are often easy to guess, public information, or can easily be found out via social engineering. Customers often forget the answers to challenge questions they set. Email OTP is significantly more secure because it is based on access to your email.
-
How will my OTP be delivered?
One-time passcodes are delivered via email to the address on file with the bank.
-
Can I always use the same OTP?
No. One-time passcodes are unique EACH time you login.
