42 years after beginning his community banking career President and CEO Ronnie Miller continues to be an advocate for our industry. In addition to working for various community banks over his career, Ronnie has spent time representing community bankers as the Independent Bankers Association of Texas Chairman and is a member of the Bank CEO Network. Ronnie believes that community banks play a pivotal role in the growth and economic stability of our communities. In his time outside of the office, Ronnie is an active member of his local church and sits on the board of the local Economic Development Foundation.

Buddy Woolls
Buddy Woolls has devoted his life to community banking, but more notably community banking in the community that raised him. Buddy was born and raised in Medina County and has spent the last 38 years serving as a community banker. If you can’t find Buddy at the bank, he can generally be found at the local football game or helping with any number of civic organizations that he’s involved with.
